DealThru Charts
We can offer clients the ability to deal, place orders and amend stops and limits through IG Markets' real-time charting package.
PureDeal Tools
Your clients can access the complete range of trading tools available through PureDeal, including Autochartist, Trading Central and Research. Please note that occasionally there are fees associated with some of these services.
Mobile Dealing
Offer your clients our neutrally branded mobile platform which enables them to trade from their PDA, mobile phone or BlackBerry. Our trading platform can be accessed via the iPhone.
Phone Trading and Support
Your clients can access the same 24-hour phone trading and dealing support as IG’s own clients.
Partner tools
Account View
A comprehensive, web-based back-office application allows you to see real-time account information, view current and historic statement information and generate management reports. Account View also allows you to export this information to Microsoft Excel.
Tracking Links
We provide links which ensure that when your clients apply for an account, they are automatically allocated to you.
Partner Relationship Management (White Label only)
If you are a white label partner, you can take advantage of our CRM solution to manage your sales process, including lead allocation and monitoring client activity. You can also use this tool to run reports to identify inactive or high value clients.
Online Account Opening
The application form can be fully branded for the partner. If there are any problems with opening the account, our Account Opening team will work with you to complete the process.
Demo Accounts
Our demo accounts allow clients to get used to navigating the platform and place dummy trades before opening a full account and trading on the real market. The online application process is fast and easy and you can use it to generate sales leads. The client is able to use many of the features of the trading platform, while trading with ‘virtual’ money.
Customisation
Customised options are suitable for white label partners. Choose exactly which IG Markets products you would like to offer your clients, as well as which instruments are shown on the website’s Live Prices and in the Popular Markets watchlist.
Branded Statements
We can incorporate your company logo into client statements. Statements are available online and by email.
Branded Account Opening
We offer branded PDF application forms and agreements and a partner-branded link to apply for an account online.
