Tools for your clients
We offer a complete range of end-client support tools which you can mix and match to meet the requirements of your customer base.
We can provide partners with a neutrally-branded version of our free, six-week educational programme, TradeSense. Clients who select this option at account opening will be emailed several modules while on the course and will benefit from reduced trading minimums and commissions during the six weeks (partners can opt to have Tradesense without the reduced minimum or reduced commission).
We can offer clients the ability to deal, place orders and amend stops and limits through our real-time charting package.
Your clients can access our complete range of trading tools, including Autochartist, Trading Central and Research. Please note that occasionally there are fees associated with some of these services.
Offer your clients our neutrally branded mobile platform which enables them to trade from their PDA, mobile phone or BlackBerry. Our trading platform can be accessed via the iPhone.
Phone Trading and Support
Your clients can access the same 24-hour phone trading and dealing support as our own clients, in a range of languages.
A comprehensive, web-based back-office application allows you to see real-time account information, view current and historic statement information and generate management reports. Account View also allows you to export this information to Microsoft Excel.
We provide links which ensure that when your clients apply for an account, they are automatically allocated to you.
Partner Relationship Management (White Label only)
If you are a white label partner, you can take advantage of our CRM solution to manage your sales process, including lead allocation and monitoring client activity. You can also use this tool to run reports to identify inactive or high value clients.
Online Account Opening
The application form can be fully branded for the partner. If there are any problems with opening the account, our Account Opening team will work with you to complete the process.
Our demo accounts allow clients to get used to navigating the platform and place dummy trades before opening a full account and trading on the real market. The online application process is fast and easy and you can use it to generate sales leads. The client is able to use many of the features of the trading platform, while trading with ‘virtual’ money.
Customised options are suitable for white label partners. Choose exactly which products you would like to offer your clients, as well as which instruments are shown on the website’s Live Prices and in the Popular Markets watchlist.
We can incorporate your company logo into client statements. Statements are available online and by email.
